Shipping and return policies

Judy's cards are priced lower than most mass produced cards that are sold in retail stores. For that reason, she tries to keep shipping costs low. This is why shipping is to only the Continental USA. Unless otherwise specified, all shipping is First Class U.S. Postal Service mail.
